International Orders FAQs

Do international orders pay GST/VAT?

All eligible overseas purchases have GST removed instantly, and we handle the export classification on our end so you don’t need to do anything. Your local country may charge import duties or VAT on arrival, but nothing in Australia applies when your order is exported.

Do I need to provide anything for GST-free export?

No. We handle all export requirements on our end. Everything needed to classify your order as an export is managed automatically behind the scenes, so there’s nothing you need to upload, verify, or declare for the Australian side. As long as your order is shipped to an address outside Australia, we take care of the export treatment from start to finish.

Will I pay taxes or duties in my own country?

Possibly. Most countries charge import VAT or duty on arrival according to their local customs rules. In practice, this varies widely, many customers receive their parcels with little to no additional charges, while others may have standard import VAT applied by their local customs authority. Any taxes that do apply are handled on the destination country’s side, not in Australia.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to 40+ countries including the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, and New Zealand.

Can international parcels be insured?

Yes, except for destinations excluded by our insurer (war, conflict, sanctions). Refer to our full terms and conditions for details.

How long does international shipping take?

Transit times vary. Typical delivery windows are 5–25 business days depending on the country and service selected. You can check our live ETAs here.

What courier do you use?

Australia Post International Standard or Express. This services routes to EMS Express or USPS, depending on the customer’s country. We also provide Fedex quotes upon request.

Are bullion items shipped internationally?

Yes. Buyers are responsible for ensuring bullion imports comply with their country’s local customs laws.
