Refunds & Returns

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if:

  • You let us know by Whatsapp, email or phone call within 2 hours of purchasing.
  • The goods haven’t been sent or packaged.
  • The order doesn’t contain bullion.

If goods have been sent, change of mind refunds will be accepted if:

  • You notify TCC within 14 calendar days of receiving your items
  • The items have no damage/tampering or defect.
  • The item is not bullion.

TCC can cancel orders placed, for reasons such as:

  • Errors in sales listings, coupon errors etc.
  • Loss of stock in transit (for preorders).
  • Attempted Scalping
  • Suspected deceitful/fraudulent activity

Orders cancelled by TCC will be refunded in full, unless:

Buyers are suspected of engaging in scalper like behaviours, this is usually reserved for people making multiple transactions for goods with a maximum order quantity per person/household.
