For all pickups, please ensure you have the following:

  • A copy of your order confirmation email (digital or printed) for verification.
  • For larger orders, ID may be required at pickup, but only if specifically requested by a TCC team member when you book your appointment.

Third-Party Pickup:


If someone else will be collecting your order, you must email us in advance from the same email address used to place the order. The email should include:

  • The full name of the person collecting on your behalf.
  • The person’s identification. 

  • Without prior email confirmation, third-party pickups will not be permitted.
