- Please contact us no later than 48 hours beforehand to request pickup for an existing order or to view specific products.
For all pickups, please ensure you have the following:
- A copy of your order confirmation email (digital or printed) for verification.
- Your ID (either Driver’s license or Passport).
Third-Party Pickup:
If someone else will be collecting your order, you must email us in advance from the same email address used to place the order. The email should include:
- The full name of the person collecting on your behalf.
- The person’s identification.
Without prior email confirmation, third-party pickups will not be permitted.
